Every product on this page started as a live engagement, on real documents, at the volumes our clients actually hold. They read paper that was never typed, catalogue it to the schema the receiving institution uses, and hand a reviewer a record rather than a guess. Take them as standard products, or take the same teams as a service.
Our OCR reads scanned and photographed pages, including handwritten and mixed-script material, and turns them into text a system can search and work with. Every page is classified before it is read, by page type, language, whether it is handwritten or typed, and whether it is blank or carries only a stamp, and every reading carries a quality and confidence score. Reviewers spend their time on the pages that need a human eye instead of checking all of them.
Reading a page is only half the job. Metadata generates the catalogue record that sits behind it, field by field, in the schema the receiving institution actually uses, and delivers it as spreadsheets and machine-readable files in the folder structure their archive expects. Scope is set by the customer rather than by us, so a large collection can be catalogued on the pages that carry the descriptive detail instead of every page in the box.
NyayaLens is document intelligence for the courts. A scanned case file goes in as a PDF or TIFF, every page is classified and the case metadata is pulled, page type, language, handwritten or typed, blank or stamp only, scan quality and reading confidence, and a case register comes out as a multi-sheet workbook in the format the court's own reviewers already work from. It is built for the volumes a records room actually holds, not for a sample.
Deedwise reads a scanned deed page for its index, party and property detail, including district, registration office, circle, village, thana, khata and khasra, scores every field for confidence and holds the record for review. Nothing is filed until a person approves it, and every extraction links back to the page it came from. The deeds on record then sit in one registry view with parties, properties and a deed type master, exportable as CSV or JSON.
